About Me

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist practicing in London W2, at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE).Given the recent guidance around Covid-19 I will now be practising online (via zoom, FaceTime or Skype) phone and email depending on individual preference.

I offer therapy for a range of issues; such as anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult family relationships, bereavement / loss, low self esteem and identity issues. Whether you are in crisis, or worried about something that's going on in your life, talking can make a difference.

In addition, I have a special interest in the experience of uprooted childhoods - family break up or multiple house/cultural moves and its effect on identity and the ability to feel trust.

As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist I work using a variety of different approaches, drawing on whatever seems most helpful to you. I will listen to you express the challenges that you face and use my knowledge, skills and experience to try and get to the heart of the problem. Together, we can explore the issue and enable you to move forward in your life. I offer a space where you are accepted for who you are, listened to without judgement and in confidence.

The first session will be a time to discuss your reasons for choosing therapy. It is also a chance for you to gauge your experience of the session and of my style of working.
