Coming for therapy is often a new experience and is the beginning of looking at difficulties with professional support and time to really focus on yourself.
Psychotherapy is the chance to explore aspects of your life and relationships, a place to look at yourself and to consider thoughts and feelings. You may have a specific problem, or maybe an issue which isn't fixable but needs space.
I work with adults, couples, parents and groups and have practiced for 15 years. I am an Integrative practitioner and am experienced in approaching each client individually, this includes drawing on CBT, Gestalt, Existential theory and Imagery technique.
I have a particular interest in working with adopters and family issues.
All therapy begins with a conversation and assessment to orient you to the process and to establish how we will work together.
