About Me

I am a qualified Psychotherapist and counsellor, and have a Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.

In our first session we can consider what might be bringing you to therapy and if we think we can work well together - research shows that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is the most important indicator to therapy being successful.

We can explore what feels difficult in your life and how a safe, confidential and collaborative relationship may help. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety and stress, depression,
self-esteem issues, bereavement and caring for ill family members, eating disorders, trauma, relationship problems, women's issues, work stress problems and anger. I also have an interest in working with adult only children and the issues that arise in mid life.
