About Me

I am a psychotherapist practicing in London. I offer short, long-term and open-ended counselling and psychotherapy and work with young people, adults and older adults. I'm currently working online via Zoom.

Typically my clients come to me with distress, anxiety and depression arising from an often complex mix of concerns such as bereavement, job loss, relationship difficulties, cultural displacement, abuse and trauma, inter-generational difficulties, infant and childhood experiences.

I recognise it takes courage to seek help and that choosing the right therapist can feel daunting.
