About Me

I have been working for 20 years as a psychotherapist. When I was looking for a therapist I wanted someone who would listen to me with kindness and insight and without judgement.I wanted my therapist to help me feel safe and who would encourage me to learn to trust again. I also wanted to learn how to listen to others, really listen, without judgement if possible too.I wanted to find out why I often found myself in situations which didn't serve me and yet I kept doing and behaving in ways which continued to feel familiar yet painful. In my work with my clients we explore new ways to open to living more satisfying lives both personally and with others.
