My Approach

The type of therapy that I offer is aimed at people who seek to make sense of their difficulties by exploring their generational stories, cultural context and personal experiences to bring an awareness to how these might have played out in their life transition stages, as well as in their relationship to others

About Me

I have extensive experience in Adult Mental Health within the NHS where I worked as a systemic and family psychotherapist. My therapeutic stance is collaborative and the focus and length of therapy is a conversation that I have with my clients.
