Whatever your reasons for contacting me I can offer you a safe, confidential space within which you will be encouraged to explore your feelings and the diffiuclt events you are experiencing. As a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist I draw on the understadning and practice of Psychoanalysis and Analytical Psychology. I have also further specialist training in Understanding Trauma, in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Systemic Family Therapy as well as Mindfulness-BAsed cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I Have also trained and worked with the Place2Be as a Play Therapist.
