My Approach

I offer a non-judgemental and accepting space for you to discuss whatever is on your mind and will work with you to agree goals or changes you are comfortable with. I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist meaning that I can draw on a range of techniques to create a therapeutic approach uniquely for you incorporating dialogic techniques with creative methods.

About Me

I work with both couples and individuals integrating a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor the sessions specifically for each client. I work with couples of all orientations, some who have reached a crisis point, couples affected by infertility and the impact of treatment, those seeking assistance to uncouple amicably and some who simply wish to improve their relationship. For individuals, you might be looking for a therapist because something specific is troubling you but psychotherapy can also be of use to facilitate breaking unhealthy patterns or can be entered into simply to take a positive approach to personal growth and enrichment. I have a broad range of experience working with relationship patterns, identity, trauma, depression, anxiety and bereavement.

  • Couples
  • Individuals

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I'm a qualified couples therapist with additional training from Relate and BICA. I work with same sex and queer couples for various issues including the impact of fertility treatment.
