I enjoy working alongside people in a way that supports them to develop more confidence in their ability to make creative choices, and live more fulfilling, embodied lives.

I have also completed the UKCP Covid-19 Online Working Guidance.

About Me

I am a UKCP-accredited Core Process Psychotherapist and Supervisor based in Bristol. I offer both individual psychotherapy for adults as well as supervision for practitioners working in the field of mental health. I have been practising as a psychotherapist since 2007, working with people in a number of areas.
