About Me

I am UKCP registered psychotherapist and a registered member of BACP with 18 years experience. I have experience and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds, cultures, religions, beliefs, gender identity and sexual orientation and have worked in both short and long term settings in the voluntary and private sector. As an integrative and transpersonal counsellor and psychotherapist I integrate various models of counselling and psychotherapy in my work, e.g. psychodynamic, person-centred, gestalt, transactional analysis, existential and transpersonal. I have also undertaken additional training to offer online counselling via email, instant messaging, audio and video formats.
