My Approach

Hello, I am Ellen! I am an integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist. My strength lies in facilitating your process of self-realisation, transformation and self-healing as well as turning your anxiety and stress into a new source of creativity and empowerment. Clients come to me with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, stress, depression, anger, loss, trauma, low self-esteem, panonoia, work and relationship issues.

I work holistically to provide a trusting therapeutic relationship. I incorporate deep listening, Gestalt, creative imagination, dreams, breathing exercises, body work, sand play and other creative approaches to support your experience in the here-and-now. In this sense, greater clarity can be found to meet your needs and to explore the roots of your difficulties.

I understand how difficult and challenging in opening up your inner world when some preverbal trauma surfaces. I have been in that place myself so you are not alone.

About Me

I hold a Master Degree in Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE/University of Northampton), a Diploma in Transpersonal Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE) and a BA in Business Studies (University of Leeds). 

I am a registered member with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I am a clinical supervisor and a member of staff in CCPE (Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education). I was awarded a Mental Health Award 2022 as an Anger Management Specialist of the year (London) by Global Health & Pharma Magazine (GHP).

As a former UK-China business women turned psychotherapist, I am passionate to bring balance between the business world and the mental health, the outer world and the inner reality. 

I see clients face to face in the Centre of Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London W2 as well as in the Wellness Center in Rickmansworth WD3.

I also see clients online, via Zoom.  Sessions can be conducted in English or Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). 

Fees: £85 - £120 per session (50 minutes, either online or face-to-face), depending on individual circumstances.

Currently, I have a couple of spaces for Tuesdays PM, face-to-face sessions. For online sessions, my availability is more flexible so please contact me directly at ellen@ellenlinperry-psychotherapy.co.uk if you are interested in therapy.
