About Me

I am an experienced Psychotherapist and Coach, with consulting rooms based in West Hampstead (NW3), NW11 and N3.

I offer a confidential, safe and calm space to gently explore emotional, mental and behavioural challenges, or difficult patterns, you may be experiencing.

Starting therapy can be a daunting experience and it is important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with. Together, we take the journey to work through what you bring to the session and try to make sense of what is happening. Psychotherapy is a conversation between two people and, in our journey together, my role is to be attentive to those things which remain out of your awareness and yet remain present and which powerfully influence your emotional life. By doing so, I hope to deepen your understanding about yourself and your feelings. In summary, I hope to help you explore your ‘internal world’ and therefore your life generally.

Besides working in private practise, I also work at the University of London. Along with lecturing, I offer my students support for both their academic and personal lives. I have experience working with individuals from different cultures and countries across the world.
