Psychodynamic Psychotherapy attempts to understand how early relationships and patterns of behaviour can affect and lead to difficulties later in life. Often, the subconscious coping mechanisms we adopt can themselves become issues in our day to day lives. I work with a wide range of issues that might affect you, including feelings of loss, depression, bereavement, divorce, mid life issues, low self-esteem, work difficulties, feelings of hopelessness or emptiness, childhood and adult trauma, relationship issues, addiction, anxiety and many others.
