About Me

I offer a confidential, collaborative space, where you can bring whatever is troubling you. Together we can explore what's going on, at a pace that's right for you. Whoever you are and whatever has happened in your life, I offer empathic support and challenge, without judgment. I don't offer advice; I will champion your autonomy and help you develop your capacity to make choices. You may want short-term support through a current crisis, or you may wish to address deeper issues that are getting in your way in the longer term. I offer both short-term and open-ended work and we can discuss what may best suit you at this time.

My Approach

I'm an integrative psychotherapist with an interest in embodiment, neuroscience and trauma. I have additional training in EMDR, Flash Technique, and EMDR/IFS. I work relationally - that is, issues that show up in our relationships outside the therapy room will likely show up in it too, and we have a opportunity to explore and work with these in the present context of the therapeutic relationship. I also work in the NHS, where I solely practice EMDR for clients presenting with PTSD.
