My approach is based on confidentiality, acceptance, and individuality, in a warm and safe environment. I work integratively. That means that I make use of the different skills and modalities I have trained in - existentially, psychodynamically and with CBT - as per my client's needs.

It can be tricky to know which therapist to contact. I believe that the best therapist for you is the one who you feel most comfortable talking to. This is your life, your journey. I would feel honoured to travel alongside you and discover with you.
I am an integrative therapist. That means that I use the different types of therapy that I have trained in, based on your needs. I work with people from all walks of life. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, feeling sad, relationships or low self-esteem, to name a few.
I also trained and specialize in sleep-related issues such as insomnia or sleep-related anxieties.
You can email or call me to discuss what you are looking for in therapy. We can meet once (online or in person) to discuss your concerns and how I may be able to help you. After that, we can see whether you would like to continue with short, medium or long-term therapy. It’s up to you.
