There are many reasons to seek therapy - you might be holding uncomfortable feelings, looking to improve your relationships or want to work through unprocessed feelings that are easily triggered. Or there might be existential questions of what it is to be you and how to create the life you want and not that others want for you.
I work with a wide spectrum of issues including relationship and work issues, family enmeshment, co-dependency, isolation, bereavement, cultural issues of identity and belonging, intersectional difference, attachment, life transitions and low confidence and self-esteem.
These may cause symptoms and feelings of despair, depression, anxiety, loneliness, confusion, isolation, loss of meaning, feeling stuck, and personal blockages – creating defensive strategies to keep you away from these uncomfortable states of being and perhaps from interrelating with others and the world around you.
Therapy is a time to slow down, sit and be witnessed. You and your emotions will be seen and heard as we work together to hold and manage your pain. It is a space to come into your body, releasing your stories, allowing feelings to surface and for you to start to embodying who you truly are.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I work holistically with a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your emotional needs underpinned by the principles of psychodynamic, existential, and humanistic approaches.
In addition, I am a trained executive and life coach and offer therapeutic coaching if you are looking to integrate emotional depth with forward momentum. I offer both executive and life coaching, underpinned by NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) principles to help galvanise emotional understanding into action.
I work relationally and with cultural sensitivity and hold clients within a non-judgemental, compassionate and containing space - to bring light and clarity to your journey of transformation. I work with a number of other complementary practises too - such as breathwork, guided visualisations, dreamwork, and other forms of creative expression.
