I offer counselling and psychotherapy face to face and remotely; Zoom or phone. I am a calm, compassionate therapist and provide a therapy space where you can be heard and supported to make the changes that are right for you. For many clients having a space that is just for you gives time away from a busy life and maybe for the first time a chance to think about yourself.
Some people come to therapy with a clear understanding of what they want support with whereas others may feel stuck or overwhelmed by lots of things. Beginning therapy can be extremely daunting, especially if you aren't quite sure what is involved and the changes you wish to make.
I will support you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so that you can gain a greater understanding of yourself and explore how you feel, your relationships and your place in the world.
I offer psychotherapy and counselling to adults and teenagers experiencing concerns with issues such as gender, anxiety, trauma, family issues, low self esteem, sexuality, abuse, lack of boundaries, feeling not good enough.
I have been a volunteer counsellor at the LGBT Foundation working with gender and sexually diverse clients. I also have many years experience working in the voluntary sector for national youth charities.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
