I am a systemic psychotherapist with experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups across a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties. I have a particular interest in working with intercultural couples, mixed-heritage families, and migrant communities, supporting them through the complexities of identity, belonging, and cross-cultural dynamics.
My clinical background spans both the charity sector and the NHS, where I have worked extensively in mental health settings with individuals and families navigating bereavement, separation, divorce, and intergenerational trauma. I bring a compassionate, culturally sensitive, and collaborative approach to my work, informed by a strong belief in the resilience and strengths of those I work with.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and have completed further training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, Emotionally Focused Therapy for families (EFFT) as well as in transcultural and intersectional approaches to systemic practice.
