After training in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Minster Centre in 1986, I went on to learn Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) at Guy's Hospital, where I subsequently became a CAT supervisor and trainer. I recently retired from NHS work in London, but continue to work as a Principal Adult Psychotherapist in Brighton. I have a small private practice in both London and Sussex. My NHS work has given me experience of a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties.
