Rogers believed that we each have within us the resources to live a healthy and fulfilling life, but that these can sometimes get blocked or distorted by our personal circumstances and relationships, past and present. He said

Tony is a BACP (accred) and UKCP registered Psychotherapist and counsellor based in the South-west of the UK. He trained at the Metanoia Institute in London, where he gained a Clinical Diploma in Person-Centred Therapy. He also has a MSc in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy and an EMDR qualification. He works in private practice in the South West of the UK. He worked as a Police crisis negotiator and has also worked in specialist services such CRUSE bereavement and a public body occupational health service. He also provides therapy for a religious organisation.
He is fully insured, registered with both the UKCP and BACP professional bodies and abides by their code of ethics, He is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO)
