My approach is relational, integrative and trauma-informed, shaped by decades of working across schools, charities, health settings, bereavement services and private practice. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, loss, relationship difficulties, stress, self-esteem or you simply feel “stuck”, I work collaboratively with you at your pace, helping you feel seen, heard and supported
My practice is rooted in a relational and humanistic foundation, drawing on:
• Counselling & Psychotherapy (Integrative)
• Embodied Relational Therapy
• Mindfulness, Breathwork and Body-based Awareness
• Bereavement & Loss specialist experience
• Trauma-sensitive, attachment-informed practice
• Online therapy (fully trained, Distinction)
You’re the expert of your experience. My role is to offer a reflective, nurturing and containing space where you can process emotions, explore patterns, and feel supported as you navigate life’s challenges.
Finding the right therapist is important. If you feel drawn to working together, I offer an initial conversation where we can explore what you’re looking for, get a sense of each other, and see whether my approach feels like a good fit.
