There are many reasons why people seek therapy. It may be that you wish to discuss a particular problem or symptom, be feeling trapped in repetitive and unhelpful patterns, or you may be struggling in relationships, or looking for more meaningful and satisfying ways of living. Whatever the reason, I aim to provide a confidential space to talk, where you feel safe, valued and respected.
As an integrative psychotherapist, my approach draws on a range of therapeutic ideas and practices, including relational psychoanalytic and existential thinking. In practice this means that I do not offer a one-size-fits-all approach and that I appreciate different clients need different things from therapy. The way I work is to listen closely to your concerns, and support you to find new ways of understanding the issues you are experiencing, to make better and more informed choices for yourself and within your relationships.
I am a UKCP accredited and BACP registered psychotherapist offering individual therapy in Shoreditch.
I offer support for personal development and a range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety-based issues, depression and low mood, relationship problems, identity issues and low self-esteem, stress and work-related difficulties, eating and body image issues, and more.
