About Me

I am an experienced Psychodrama Psychotherapist offering support to individuals, couples, families and teams in person and online. Anxiety, uncertainty about the future and and change in routine or job security may be impacting upon you, your partner, your children or your colleagues. Previous issues and behaviours may have been re-triggered and now may be the time to get the professional help you may need so that you can weather this storm as best you can. I am passionate about helping to bring the best out of every person I met regardless of their background and history. My aim as a therapist is to address your present issues, bring awareness, build resilience and unleash inner resources that enables personal growth in your life. Working with parents has always been rewarding for me, knowing the impact is not only on a person, but extends to one’s children and family.
