My Approach

I employ a Group Psychoanalytic approach to group and individual work. This includes psychoanalytic, object relations and attachment based modalities.

About Me

I work as an individual psychotherapist and group psychoanalyst. I offer short-term and long-term individual psychotherapy either online or in-person. I run mixed adult psychoanalytic groups. I also conduct online and in-person women's psychoanalytic therapy groups. I offer a twelve week 'Own My Life' psycho-educational course in-person and online for women who have experienced forms of domestic violence and abuse. This is available both in-person and online in a group.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I employ a group psychoanalytic approach to supporting adults who have experienced various forms of domestic violence. I offer individual and therapy groups for people who have experienced issues related to experience of domestic violence and abuse. I also offer the 'Own My Life' course which specifically supports women who have experienced domestic violence and abuse. This is a twelve week psych-educational course which takes place in-person and online in a group.
I work with individuals and groups covering a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, social anxiety, isolation, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, anger, loss, bereavement, abuse, domestic violence, culturally related issues, identity issues, age related, bullying, divorce, separation, trauma.
I have been offering online individual and group psychotherapy for several years through the medium of Zoom. I run a mixed adult online group and also women's only online therapy group.
I work with individuals in groups or on an individual basis to address a variety of relationship issues such as isolation, loneliness, separation, divorce, bereavement, parenting, family issues.
