My Approach

Hello my name is Sue and I am a registered and accredited Psychotherapist with over 18 years of experience in both NHS and private settings.
Making contact can often feel a big step, so we can meet or talk on the phone for an informal chat about what you may be looking for.
Sometimes just a few meetings is enough for you to gain clarity about a situation which informs your decisions or perspective. Other times, it may be helpful to you, to work for longer on re-occurring issues that sometimes feel in the background but keep emerging and causing you difficulties. You may not know at the beginning what you want to do, so we can regularly review your focus, there is no fixed contract, just your decision about what feels right for you.

I currently work from home in the HU5 area of Hull in an office in the garden. There is free on-street parking available.
