My Approach

Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist

About Me

I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals. I see the process of therapy as more than a problem to be fixed but an opportunity for healing, growth and inner freedom. Through gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves, we can open up to express ourselves more freely in the world and to a different relationship with ourselves and others.
For me, the therapeutic work with clients is a partnership in which my client and I work together to make sense of their emotional lives, believing that the therapeutic relationship is central to a good outcome.
I work with a wide range of people of all ages and backgrounds and with issues which have included depression and anxiety, grief and loss, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse.
