UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
I use Transactional Analysis (TA) as my main theoretical framework; however I integrate TA's humanistic philosophy with its deeper roots in Psychodynamic theory. I am also able to offer a Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach as a way of further supporting and enhancing my client work.
I am a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I am an accredited member of the UKCP and International Association for Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA) and EATA.
I have worked in Clinical Practice for over 13 years within different therapeutic settings around Hertfordshire and London. The work I carry out is with mixed agenda, race, sexuality and religion. I work with a range of issues such as: anxiety and depression, substance misuse and addiction, self-harm, relationship and family issues, stress and self-esteem, sexuality, emotional issues, and issues with self image.
I offer long term and short-term work to adults and couples.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
