I work in a relational way, as I believe that relationships are central to our well-being and a lot of our suffering and distress happen when they break down or fail to provide what we need.
At the heart of my therapeutic practice is my deep-seated conviction that change is possible and that as human beings we can tap into the inner and outer resources to grow and feel fulfilled. I see therapy as providing a supportive space within which this process can take place.
