My Approach

I’m a relational integrative (UKCP accredited) psychotherapeutic counsellor. What does that mean?

Integrative: Just means that I’m able to use a blend of approaches to suit you as a person and your needs.

Relational: It is so important to me to offer you a warm and safe counselling relationship where you feel seen, understood and supported. And can talk about what you need to talk about.

Maybe you have a clear idea of what you want from your counselling sessions. Maybe you aren’t sure, you just know you don’t feel right in yourself. Both are absolutely welcome.
