With the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, I am offering online therapy and supervision
Whether you are feeling stuck, experiencing deep distress or have the sense that you could be getting more from life, therapy can provide the space you need.
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and draws on the principals of creativity. I use both psychodynamic and humanistic theories to support my thinking, these include Gestalt therapy, Transactional Analysis, attachment theory and neuroscience.
Alongside this breadth of theoretical grounding I believe that creativity is a catalyst for self-discovery, healing and change. I have a range of art materials that can be used when words are too much or not enough. No previous art experience is required.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on individual needs.
I am an established Integrative Arts Psychotherapist with many years of clinical experience. I have worked with clients privately, within the NHS and a for number of charitable organisations.
My aim is to help you make changes in your way of being, in relation to yourself, others and your wider world. I offer a safe, welcoming, reflective space where you can feel at ease to explore all aspects of your life. A place where you can be heard and understood without judgement. An opportunity to pause, take a breath and try to make sense of how it is you got here. A chance to explore possibilities for the future, grow your inner resources and make sustainable and tangible positive change.
