I work with the unconscious and with dream analysis. This is integrated with an embodied therapeutic approach which explores the interconnection of body, mind and psyche.

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
I am trained in Spiritual Direction which is predominantly accompanying an individual through life's difficulties and drawing on the spiritual resources of the individual
I supervise an advanced candidate in training with IGAP
Early relational trauma - developmental disturbance which causes dysregulation in the psyche eg anger,
Depression. Individuation process and coming to full development especially in the second half of life.
