My name is Sarah, and I offer short-term and open-ended Existential psychotherapy, either in-person in Brighton (UK), or online.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative and respectful. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe to express and explore all aspects of themselves and their experience. This includes thoughts, feelings, beliefs, behaviours and experiences that may feel difficult to share or hard to accept.
By providing a chance to pause and reflect, therapy offers a relational context in which the uniqueness of each individual’s lived experience can be explored. Life’s many possibilities can be considered, and individual choices clarified, deepening self-awareness and understanding. Eventually, a more grounded and meaningful way of living can emerge.
In my practice, each client decides on the focus and pace of the work. My role is to be alongside you—supportive, attentive, and engaged—as you make sense of what matters most to you.
