Using an integrative approach, I draw from a range of psychological theories depending upon your particular needs and goals. We might work together to understand how your early life experiences and important relationships have affected you and might be contributing to your current difficulties. Alternatively, you might be suffering from anxiety, low mood or stress and want to find a way out of this. Perhaps you just want an opportunity to speak and be heard.
I offer a confidential space to talk through what is going on for you. Together, we will build a relationship of trust and safety in which you can develop insight into the meanings behind your difficulties, develop alternative perspectives on your situation and feel more in control of your life.
It can take time to find a therapist you feel comfortable working with. I would invite you to come to an initial face-to-face consultation to discuss what is troubling you and to see if we could work together.
