My work as an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist can be beneficial to anyone who is experiencing: life crisis; anxiety; depression; relationship problems; sexual identity issues; eating disorders; substance misuses; bereavement; trauma; stress; or any issues relating to emotional health and well-being.
In addition to talking psychotherapy, I offer an opportunity to work with various art forms (painting, drawing, sculpture, music, movement, puppetry and sand play) providing an alternative means of communication and expression conveying deeply felt emotions and experiences that words may fail to capture. I enjoy working with dreams and unconscious processes.
I have relevant experience and training to work therapeutically with adults and young people. I offer a safe and confidential space to play, explore and process emotions.
I work creatively within a human potential paradigm.
