My work is based on a transpersonal integrative framework, expressing consciousness via mind, body and spirit. Although my approach is not issue specific I have helped people whose presentations include those listed at the end of this page.

I work with people face to face and online for both short and long term work to open up potential. While I am glad to work with all adults I specialise in the challenges of older age.
