As an Integrative Psychotherapist and Licensed Psychologist for over 20 years, I have helped clients all over the world discover and develop their unique inner resources, allowing them to heal, grow, and thrive. It would be a privilege to support you on your journey too.
Something doesn’t feel quite right. You may feel it within yourself, or in the way your relationships unfold - often, it’s both.
You may have tried to make sense of things—thinking it through, talking it through, searching for answers. And yet, something hasn’t shifted.
For some, this shows up as anxiety, a sense of not being enough, or feeling disconnected from who they are. For others, it’s a pattern in relationships that keeps repeating, even when they understand it on some level. Beneath this, there is often a sense that something remains unresolved.
This is not a failure of effort—it often means the work needs to happen at a deeper level.
I specialise in trauma, anxiety, and relationship difficulties, including both single-incident trauma and more complex experiences such as C-PTSD. These experiences can continue to shape how you feel about yourself, your sense of safety, and patterns in relationships.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, my approach is relational, holistic, and trauma-informed. I draw on a range of approaches—including EMDR-informed work, Parts Work, and hypnotherapy—tailored to you. Together, we work to understand and process the underlying patterns that keep these difficulties in place, so that meaningful, lasting change can begin to happen.
You don’t have to keep holding this alone.
Taking the first step
I offer a free 20-minute discovery call—an opportunity to talk through what’s bringing you here and explore whether this way of working feels right for you.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
