My Approach

I understand from my professional and life experience that we can sometimes feel stuck at different times in our lives, be it due to significant life events, periods of transition, and stressful and traumatic events from our childhood or adulthood. During these moments, it can be difficult to find the right type of help for your emotional health and wellbeing. I use my skills and knowledge to help you find the best solutions or path for your particular circumstances. I always start from a position of thinking of people as being the experts in their own lives, meaning that I work in partnership with you, using my professional expertise to help you find the best solutions to the problems you are facing. I am always patient, non-judgmental caring and empathetic, and work with you at your own pace. There is never a problem which is too silly or unimportant for me to work with, and no voice less important than others to be heard.

About Me

I am an experienced Family Therapist, also known as a Systemic Psychotherapist. I have a background of over 10 years in social care, which means I have worked with children, parents, couples and different groups of people from all backgrounds. I work with people from all age groups and backgrounds, and offer medium to long-term therapy. This can be in-person (face to face) or via remote/video sessions. I can also provide brief counseling or life-coaching sessions based on the needs of the people I work with.
