I provide a safe space in which you can begin process your experience, whether it is chronic pain, difficult emotions or traumatic events, I provide warm, nonjudgmental support so you don't have to be alone in your suffering. My in depth training in mindfulness makes it possible for me to be deeply present with your process. From personal experience I believe that all beings have an innate capacity for healing. My background in body work enriches and informs the way I work. My approach is trauma informed, body oriented, incorporates breathwork, dreamwork and journaling. I have been influenced by the approaches of Interpersonal Neurobiology, Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems.
I am available for sessions from 6 am - 10 am BST and 9 -6 pm AEST on weekdays.
I am a MIndfulness Based Psychotherapist. I have over 20 years experience in working relationally with clients in my clinical practice of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Yoga teaching. I have been working on finding a wholistic approach to health and well-being for many years. I am currently studying NeuroAffective Touch. I have an insatiable curiosity about humans and how we can optimise our potential.In my free time I like walking in nature, being in the ocean, reading novels and hanging out with my human and fur family
