My approach emphasizes a humanistic and reflective practice tailored to individuals, couples, groups and professionals' intergenerational, intersectional, developmental and psychological needs. Using a humanistic approach based on the ethnographic encounter in the enabling environment therapy room through dialogue, I integrate psychoanalytical observation, professional supervision, and transactional analysis techniques. This holistic method fosters nuanced insights and evidence-based care, ensuring a supportive and practical therapeutic experience.
