About Me

Hello, I'm Sally, welcome.

I have experience of helping people with many different personal problems-anxiety, depression, feelings of helplessness, abuse of different kinds, physical and emotional. My past clients have included people who couldn't make sense of their lives, some who have found it hard to step outside of their front door feeling like they have lost control of their lives. I have helped adults of all ages who have suffered from difficult or abusive families.
To begin with I will listen to you. As I get to know you and the difficulties you face, I will help you to feel that you have a safe place to say anything, without being judged in any way. As you learn to trust me, together we can find ways to deal with the causes of those difficulties and how to cope. I will help you to make the most of your potential to deal with life, even if you don't think you can. I will help you to believe and trust in yourself.

If you feel I can help you, you can e mail me or leave a message on my mobile, I will get back to you. You could talk on the phone first or come in for an introductory session (£20) or both.
Sessions are £40.
I work from the Matlock Therapy Centre, which has easy access and is 5 minutes walk from Matlock train station, which has direct links to Derby and Nottingham. Buses (X17) link directly to Chesterfield and Sheffield . There is street parking around the centre.
Sessions are available on Mondays and Tuesdays.

My aim is to provide a safe environment giving you the space to talk about your feelings and thoughts leading you to find better ways of living and coping: ways that feel right for you.

I work from the Matlock Therapy Centre . I am available on Mondays and Tuesdays. I charge £40 per hour, £20 for the first session. This is about 5 minutes walk from Matlock train station, alternatively there is parking in the surrounding area.
