My Approach

Using a range approaches and tools, I meet you where you are now and support you as you discover what you want your life to be. I won’t be another voice telling you what to do. My aim is to offer a warm, non-judgmental and dependable space where you can feel seen, heard and understood.

About Me

I offer therapy, both online and face-to-face, from my private, accessible and comfortable room in the Hexham, Northumberland.

Qualifications:
I am UKCP accredited and also registered with the BACP and the Northern Guild of Psychotherapy.
I hold a Diploma in Adult Psychotherapy (DiP Adult) and a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (DPC).

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

In addition to my private therapy work, I work as a psychotherapist for the Newcastle-based charity, Eating Distress North East (EDNE), offering specialised therapy around eating distress.
