I am a Relational Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist
I have worked with people with a variety of personal challenges, and my approach is rooted in building a strong, supportive relationship. I work collaboratively with you to explore whatever difficulties you're facing. In our first session, we'll explore what's on your mind, and from there, I’ll tailor the therapy to meet your unique needs.
I've supported people through a wide range of struggles, including relationship problems, anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, anger management, and unresolved childhood issues. My aim is to create a safe, compassionate space where we can work together to find the path that's right for you.
I offer short and long term therapy to people who want to explore the impact of relationships in their lives. Psychotherapy can give you a space in which to explore your experiences, thoughts and feelings. This process of exploration can help to develop your autonomy and ability to make decisions.
I hold a CTA (Certified Transactional Analyst) as well as an MSc in TA Psychotherapy from Middlesex University and a Clinical Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy from Metanoia Institute.
I am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and am trauma informed in my approach.
I have worked with students who are studying at a number of colleges and institutions.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
