My approach is psychodynamic and relational. I try to be flexible in my approach and meet anybody where they are and with what they are finding difficult.

About Me

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist. I am also qualified as a clinical supervisor. As a therapist i work with people to help them understand why they might be suffering or struggling with themselves and the people in their lives. I offer a containing environment where understanding and insight can gradually develop with the hope that unhelpful patterns and problematic conflicts can be understood and modified.
