My integrative approach allows me to draw from a range of therapeutic theories to respond to your unique needs. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model; instead, I work collaboratively and holistically to tailor the therapeutic process to you. I am a relational and trauma- informed psychotherapist.
Central to my work is a strong, relational therapeutic alliance built on empathy, trust, and authenticity. I aim to create a safe, reflective space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and past experiences without judgement. I have a particular interest in how early narratives and life scripts shape the present, and I support clients in bringing greater awareness to these patterns.
I am an accredited psychotherapist trained in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, which allows me to tailor my approach to each client’s individual needs. I draw on psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT, and Gestalt perspectives, and at the heart of my work I remain a trauma-informed and relational practitioner.
I work with adults, young adults, and couples, supporting clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma and post-adverse experiences, relationship challenges, identity and self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. I offer therapy in English.
My clinical experience spans private practice, low-cost services, and community settings. Across all of these, I prioritise creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
