I offer a safe, confidential space to explore and reflect. I am an empathic therapist who meets you holistically, as an emotional, psychological, physical, social, creative and energetic person. My approach is psychodynamic exploring how our early relationships influence our relationship to ourselves, others and our environment. Reflection and insights occur as we relate in the group offering support, development of trust, hope and growth.
