I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling, an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from The Minster Centre, one of Europe’s leading institute for Psychotherapy training.
As an integrative psychotherapist, my therapeutic practice and thinking are informed by a number of widely recognised approaches, including psychodynamic, relational and person-centred approaches. Above all, I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is what makes therapy such an important and effective catalyst for change.
I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and all my work is guided by their ethical frameworks. I hold a enhanced DBS certificate. Like all BACP and UKCP members, I receive regular supervision with an experienced and qualified supervisor.
I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based just a short walk from Watford Town Centre. I work both face-to-face and online via Zoom with adults experiencing many different challenges. These challenges might include depression, anxiety, issues around relationships and sex, questions about identity and meaning, issues with confidence and self-esteem, and everything in-between.
I welcome clients of every gender, sexuality, ethnicity, race, religion, background and disability.
