My path into existential psychotherapy has been shaped by both personal and professional exploration. Over the years, I have been drawn to ways of supporting people that honour the full complexity of human experience — emotionally, physically, relationally, and spiritually. This search led me to existential therapy, a practice that weaves together psychology and philosophy in a way that deeply resonates with how I understand healing and growth.
At the center of my work is the belief that therapy offers a unique space — one where open, respectful dialogue can help you explore what truly matters in your life. Together, we can reflect on the questions, transitions, and difficulties you’re facing, and create space for insight, clarity, and change. Whether you're navigating a life transition, struggling in relationships, or seeking deeper meaning, I aim to walk alongside you in a way that is grounded, reflective, and gently challenging — with respect for who you are and who you’re becoming.
