My main clinical approach is Gestalt Psychotherapy. This is an approach that focuses on the present moment and emphasizes the importance of exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the here and now. It views you as a whole person, considering your thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and the way you interact with others and the world around you.
In Gestalt therapy, we pay attention to how you experience and make sense of your current reality. We explore the patterns and habits that may be keeping you stuck or preventing you from reaching your full potential. By bringing awareness to these patterns, we can work together to understand their underlying causes and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I believe in human's natural ability to survive and adapt to life situations. Some of these adaptations can however become unhelpful over time, and before we notice, we can be repeating patterns that keep us stuck. I offer to walk this journey beside you, helping to untangle thoughts and feelings that you may be struggling with. The focus of my work is to increase freedom, self-awareness, and choices for my clients.
