My Approach

My approach is applying a psychodynamic , group dynamic and systemic approach in my psychiatric consultations. I apply my diagnostic skills as a medical practitioner /psychiatrist and reach a broad based formulation of the clinical problem. I am fluent in several Indian languages, which is helpful in various clinical encounters. My qualification in group analysis enables me to work with a holistic broad based therapeutic approach.

About Me

I am a Consultant Psychiatrist specialised in child and adolescent mental health difficulties, assessment and treatment of neuro-developmental disorders ADHD and ASD and comorbidities, Depression and post traumatic stress. I am qualified as a Group Analyst from the IGA , involved in conducting seminars , conduct clinical interviews for prospective applicants to Diploma and Qualifying courses at the IGA, Essay marker for Diploma and Qualifying course of the IGA and a Member of the Training Group Analyst interview panel.
