My Approach

I offer person-centred psychotherapy/counselling. This means my therapy approach is built upon the philosophical foundation that as human beings, the unique ways we live and survive are to be respected and trusted. Through experiencing an ongoing, affirming environment it's possible to move towards developing your personal potential and to feel you're living a more enriched life.

About Me

I am a person-centred psychotherapist who has been working in therapy practice since 2014. Over the years, I have worked with clients in short-term and and long-term therapy. I’ve been privileged to work with many clients of differing ages, genders, ethnicities, sexualities, abilities/disabilities, nationalities and social-cultural backgrounds as well as those who hold religious beliefs or no belief.

There could be many reasons why you’re looking for psychotherapy. It could be due to a particular issue or a number of issues that are troubling you or causing distress; perhaps you’re experiencing a general sense of discontent and unease that’s more difficult to describe. Whatever brings you, I aim to provide a safe environment where we can explore what’s most relevant for you and at your pace. Communicating empathy towards you and your experiences alongside providing a warm, accepting therapy space are the cornerstones of my therapy practice, as is responding to you with authenticity and consideration.
